Netherveil is a low-poly 3D rogue-like in isometric view. Play as a warrior who must defeat the source of evil in the dungeon to save the world from total corruption! Arm yourself with items with all kinds of effects, and choose between the path of blessing or that of corruption to achieve your goals in this randomly-generated dungeon!
Netherveil was the final project of my 3rd year at Creajeux. We worked on it 1 day a week for 9 weeks, then full time for 8 more weeks. We gathered a team of resourceful individuals composed of 7 programmers and 4 graphists to make this project possible.
I mainly worked on the enemies and bosses of the game, which implies their attacks, their AI (with the Finite State Machine design pattern) and their design.
This is one of my favourite project so far. It helped me improve my Unity expertise and my communication skills. I believe I did a great job on the AIs, with each boss being even better than the last one (in my opinion).
